• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and name using Firebase Authentication.
• Financial Data: The incomes, expenses, categories, and budgets you enter are stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore. This data is associated with your unique user ID and is not shared with any third parties.
• Device and Usage Information: We may collect anonymous crash reports and analytics to improve the app performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality.
• To sync your financial data across your devices securely.
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.

3. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

We retain your personal information and financial data as long as your account is active. We are committed to giving you full control over your data.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the App at any time. To do so:

1. Open the Hisaab App and log into your account.
2. Navigate to the Profile tab.
3. Under the Settings section, tap on Delete Account.
4. Confirm your action in the dialog prompt.

Note: Once you confirm the deletion, all your financial records (incomes, expenses, categories, budgets) and your user profile will be permanently deleted from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

4. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Our app utilizes Firebase services, which implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your data in transit and at rest.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
